Your workbook is here
Pick the one that matches your zone.
Your check-in matched you with one of these three workbooks. There is no "good" or "bad" zone — wellbeing moves week to week. Open the workbook that matches the result from your check-in, or pick the one that feels most useful to you right now. They are all yours to keep.
GREEN ZONE
Steady
If your score was 14 – 27
Building from a strong base.
You are broadly steady this week — your nervous system has been finding its rhythm and you have some fuel in the tank.
This 2-week workbook is about turning that into deeper capacity through interoception, breathwork, the cold, and finding your North Star.

YELLOW ZONE
Stretched
If your score was 28 – 41
Coming back to yourself.
Things have felt stretched, wobbly, or tiring lately. Your nervous system has been working hard.
This 2-week workbook is gentler — focused on regulation, the physiological sigh, shaking out tension, sleep, and self-compassion.

ORANGE ZONE
Carrying a lot
If your score was 42 – 56
You do not have to do this alone.
You have been carrying a lot. This workbook is the gentlest of the three — no challenges, just small daily practices
and a steady reminder that needing help is wisdom, not weakness. Please also tell a trusted adult today.
